• I understand that my membership will be decided by association at absolute discretion and that acceptance of this form and fees does not automatically make me member and honour me membership rights, decision regarding membership confirmation / denial by the association management shall be final. Reasoning cannot be called for. 
• Termination of the membership shall be atthe sole discretion of the association management, according to by-laws, 
• I hereby declare that I have read and understand the rules and regulations of the association and do hereby agree. lf admitted as member, I abide by the Rules and Regulations of the association as prescribed by the management time to time, also I will also accept if any changes made in terms & condition by the governing body and management committee. 
• I hereby agree that no refund/any adjustment of fees shall be made in any case. 
• I hereby agree & abide that this membership is non-transferable and will not be used by any other person than me. 
• I have read and understood my rights and terms & condition of the association for the membership segment opted by me. 

General Rules & Regulations for Membership 
 

FACILITIES OF THE MEMBERSHIP: 
 
1) Member will get membership of "SGEMA" ls the trade/brand name of the "South Gujarat Event Management Association". 

2) Membership fees ls non-refundable. 

3) SGEMA membership is personal & non-transferable. 

4) All details provided in the application form must be correct and true. Membership is subject to cancel if any false information found by the management without any refund also management can take action against the member/declarant. 

5) Right of the admittance under membership in general meetings, annual general meetings, events, seminars and association activities are reserved by the management as per the capacity and rights according to membership. 

6) Application for the membership must be made through prescribed membership form, and it is subject to approval by the SGEMA management/ membership committee. 

7) The applicant must be over 18-year age, capable to read, write and understand the language of application form and competent enough to execute form legally. 

8) Annual Membership period is from 1- April to 31 March and is not subjected to enrolment date. All Memberships are renewed annually and members has to pay their annual renewal fees regularly within 30 days from the date of renewal.Failure to pay annual renewal fees regularly and timely may lead to cancellation of the membership. 

9) SGEMA membership is not linked with any insurance also no claims shall be entertained for any injuries sustained due to any reason(s). 

10) All the remittance should be made by the member in the name of "South Gujarat Event Management Association" payable at Surat. 

11) SGEMA membership is subject to cancellation in event of unlawful behaviour of any member. 

12) The member of SGEMA is never consider as Co-Owner, Director, Partner or Share Holder of the South Gujarat Event Management Association.  

 
13) All the rules and regulations are subject to change by the Managing Committee as per the by-laws of SGEMA. 

14) All disputes shall be subject to SURAT jurisdiction and to be resolved through arbitration proceeding only.
